- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
- - Corn Starch Powder

- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Dice the tomato and green bell pepper into small cubes and set them aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with coconut milk, cumin powder, paprika, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth batter.
- 4. Coat the soy chunks evenly in the batter, ensuring each piece is well covered.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the coated soy chunks until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Remove the soy chunks and let them cool slightly while preparing the lettuce leaves.
