Ingredients

- 1Kg Potato
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Boil the soy chunks in salted water until soft, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes until smooth and lump-free.
- 3. Finely chop the onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chili.
- 4. In a large bowl, mix soy chunks, mashed potatoes, rice flour, onion, mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, and spices.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small kebabs and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 7. Shallow-fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- 8. Prepare a chutney by blending mint, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- 9. Serve the crispy kebabs hot with the fresh mint-coriander chutney.
