Ingredients

  • - Rice Flour
  • 1Kg Potato
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100G Oleo
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the soy chunks in salted water until soft, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes until smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chili.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, mix soy chunks, mashed potatoes, rice flour, onion, mint, coriander, green chili, ginger, and spices.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture into small kebabs and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  7. 7. Shallow-fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  8. 8. Prepare a chutney by blending mint, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
