  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • - Rice Flour
  • 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 l Soyabean Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the carrot, capsicum, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine rice flour, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt, mixing well.
  4. 4. Add the chopped vegetables and soy chunks to the bowl, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Gradually add water to the mixture and combine until it forms a thick batter.
  6. 6. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
  7. 7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, shaping them into small bites.
  8. 8. Fry the bites on both sides until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
