Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Rice Flour
- 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the carrot, capsicum, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves.
- 3. In a bowl, combine rice flour, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt, mixing well.
- 4. Add the chopped vegetables and soy chunks to the bowl, stirring to coat evenly.
- 5. Gradually add water to the mixture and combine until it forms a thick batter.
- 6. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
- 7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, shaping them into small bites.
- 8. Fry the bites on both sides until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 9. Remove the bites and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 10. Serve the crispy bites warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
