- - Rice Flour
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes and squeeze out the excess water.
- 2. Mix rice flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough for wraps; cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 3. Finely chop bell peppers, carrots, red onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, then add chopped vegetables.
- 5. Add soy chunks, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and black pepper; cook for 8 minutes.
- 6. Roll out the rice flour dough into thin wraps and cook on a hot griddle until puffed and golden.
- 7. Spread a thin layer of yogurt on each wrap and layer with cooked soy chunk filling.
- 8. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top and roll tightly into wraps.
- 9. Lightly toast the wraps on the griddle until crispy and golden on all sides.
- 10. Slice each wrap into halves and serve warm with a side of green chutney.
