Ingredients

  • - Rice Flour
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes and squeeze out the excess water.
  2. 2. Mix rice flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough for wraps; cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Finely chop bell peppers, carrots, red onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, then add chopped vegetables.
  5. 5. Add soy chunks, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and black pepper; cook for 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Roll out the rice flour dough into thin wraps and cook on a hot griddle until puffed and golden.
  7. 7. Spread a thin layer of yogurt on each wrap and layer with cooked soy chunk filling.
  8. 8. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top and roll tightly into wraps.
  9. 9. Lightly toast the wraps on the griddle until crispy and golden on all sides.
