- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Chop the bell peppers, carrots, green beans, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add the onions and cook until they turn translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in the carrots and green beans, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- 6. Add the bell peppers and soaked soy chunks, stirring well to combine.
- 7. Sprinkle turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powders evenly over the mixture.
- 8. Drizzle soy sauce and stir to coat the vegetables and soy chunks evenly.
- 9. Cook for another 5 minutes, ensuring the soy chunks absorb the flavors.
- 10. Adjust salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top for a tangy finish.
