  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Chop the bell peppers, carrots, green beans, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the onions and cook until they turn translucent, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Mix in the carrots and green beans, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. 6. Add the bell peppers and soaked soy chunks, stirring well to combine.
