Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 500G Besan (Gram Flour)
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50 g White Pepper Powder
- 50 g Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 500 ml Water
- - Coriander Powder
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 1Kg Potato
- - Rice Flour
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
Instructions
- 1. Soak and boil the rajma until soft, then mash them thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Peel and mash boiled potatoes, then combine them with the mashed rajma.
- 3. Add rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper powder to the mixture.
- 4. Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth dough-like consistency.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small croquettes or patties, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
- 6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and shallow-fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- 7. For the dip, finely chop mint leaves and mix them into the yogurt along with a pinch of salt and cumin powder.
- 8. Serve the crispy croquettes hot with the refreshing mint-yogurt dip on the side.
