  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 100 g Baking Powder
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it in a pot with water until soft and fluffy.
  2. 2. Wash the spinach, chop it finely, and blanch it briefly in boiling water, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger, ensuring they are evenly minced.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the cumin seeds until aromatic, then add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.
  5. 5. Stir in the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and black pepper, cooking the spices for a few seconds.
  6. 6. Add the cooked quinoa, blanched spinach, and salt to the pan, mixing everything thoroughly.
