  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Rock Salt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML
  • - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix

  1. 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, rock salt, and regular salt.
  3. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and lemon juice to the dry mix, stirring until a thick paste forms.
  4. 4. Coat the prawns evenly with the spice paste and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
