Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and roast the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
  5. 5. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  6. 6. Transfer the chutney to a bowl and adjust seasoning if needed.
