Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
- 3. Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and roast the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
- 5. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- 6. Transfer the chutney to a bowl and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 7. Serve the crispy paneer tikka hot with the mint chutney on the side.
