Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pack (25 g) Daily Good Kasoori Methi (Fenugreek Leaves / Dried Methi Leaves)
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250g Green Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse methi leaves thoroughly under cold water and discard any tough stems.
  2. 2. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside for later use.
  3. 3. Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and shimmering.
  4. 4. Add cumin seeds to the hot ghee and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Mince garlic and green chilies, then add them to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder to the skillet and mix well.
  7. 7. Toss in the paneer cubes and sauté until they turn golden on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the methi leaves to the skillet and stir well to coat them in the spices.
  9. 9. Sprinkle salt evenly and cook the methi leaves until wilted, around 3-4 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir everything thoroughly to ensure the paneer absorbs the flavors of the spices.
  11. 11. Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish.
  12. 12. Serve hot as a standalone dish or alongside a small green salad for added crunch.
