Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pack (25 g) Daily Good Kasoori Methi (Fenugreek Leaves / Dried Methi Leaves)
- 100 g Garlic
- 200 ml Ghee
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250g Green Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Rinse methi leaves thoroughly under cold water and discard any tough stems.
- 2. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside for later use.
- 3. Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and shimmering.
- 4. Add cumin seeds to the hot ghee and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Mince garlic and green chilies, then add them to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute.
- 6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder to the skillet and mix well.
- 7. Toss in the paneer cubes and sauté until they turn golden on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- 8. Add the methi leaves to the skillet and stir well to coat them in the spices.
- 9. Sprinkle salt evenly and cook the methi leaves until wilted, around 3-4 minutes.
- 10. Stir everything thoroughly to ensure the paneer absorbs the flavors of the spices.
- 11. Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish.
- 12. Serve hot as a standalone dish or alongside a small green salad for added crunch.
