Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500G Loose Besan
- - Rice Flour
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves, ensuring no excess water remains.
- 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside for mixing.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 4. Add chopped spinach, crumbled paneer, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chili into the flour mixture.
- 5. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to create a thick batter without lumps.
- 6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it is hot but not smoking.
- 7. Take small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil to form fritters.
- 8. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown on all sides, flipping occasionally for even cooking.
- 9. Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 10. Serve the crispy fritters hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce for dipping.
