Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500G Loose Besan
  • - Rice Flour
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves, ensuring no excess water remains.
  2. 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside for mixing.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Add chopped spinach, crumbled paneer, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chili into the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to create a thick batter without lumps.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it is hot but not smoking.
  7. 7. Take small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil to form fritters.
  8. 8. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown on all sides, flipping occasionally for even cooking.
  9. 9. Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. 10. Serve the crispy fritters hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce for dipping.
