- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan and sauté the minced mutton until it turns brown and releases its juices.
- 2. Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies, and cook until onions soften.
- 3. Stir in cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Add chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix well, and let the filling cool down completely.
- 5. Prepare a rice flour dough by mixing rice flour and water to form a smooth, pliable texture.
- 6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles using a rolling pin.
- 7. Place a spoonful of mutton filling in the center of each circle and fold into a triangular shape, sealing the edges.
- 8. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Drain the samosas on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve hot.
