  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Rice Flour
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a pan and sauté the minced mutton until it turns brown and releases its juices.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies, and cook until onions soften.
  3. 3. Stir in cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix well, and let the filling cool down completely.
  5. 5. Prepare a rice flour dough by mixing rice flour and water to form a smooth, pliable texture.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles using a rolling pin.
