Ingredients
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Dhaniya Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the mushrooms, onion, garlic, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until they release water and turn golden brown.
- 3. Mash the boiled chickpeas in a mixing bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
- 4. Add the sautéed mushrooms, onion, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, and spices to the mashed chickpeas.
- 5. Mix in gram flour to bind the mixture and form a dough-like consistency.
- 6. Shape the mixture into small patties, making sure they are uniformly sized.
- 7. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- 8. Fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
- 9. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 10. Serve the crispy patties warm with a side of mint-coriander chutney or ketchup.
