- 200 G Sprouts Moong(200 Gm)
- 1Kg Potato
- - Rice Flour
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes until soft, peel, and mash them thoroughly.
- 2. Rinse the moong sprouts and lightly steam them until tender but not mushy.
- 3. Finely chop the green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves for added flavor.
- 4. Combine mashed potatoes, steamed sprouts, rice flour, and all spices in a mixing bowl.
- 5. Knead the mixture into a dough and shape it into small, round patties.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame for shallow frying.
- 7. Place the patties in the heated oil, ensuring enough space to flip them comfortably.
- 8. Fry each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- 9. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm with mint chutney or ketchup.
