- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Soak the split green moong dal in water for 4 hours, then drain and grind coarsely in a blender.
- 2. Mix the ground moong dal with rice flour, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for deep frying.
- 4. Shape the moong dal mixture into small fritters using your hands or a spoon.
- 5. Fry the fritters in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- 6. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 7. Serve the crispy fritters warm alongside the mint chutney for dipping.
