- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Rice Flour
- 100G Oleo

- 1. Rinse and soak the moong dal in water for 4 hours, then drain and grind coarsely without adding water.
- 2. Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth, then combine them with the ground moong dal in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, finely chopped green chili, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mixture.
- 4. Stir in rice flour to bind the mixture, ensuring it forms a dough-like consistency that holds its shape.
- 5. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each into a round, flat tikki using your palms.
- 6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, ensuring the pan is evenly coated with oil.
- 7. Place the tikkis in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden and crispy.
- 8. Remove the tikkis from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel for a few seconds.
- 9. Garnish with a sprinkle of chaat masala or fresh coriander leaves before serving.
- 10. Serve the hot tikkis with mint chutney or a tangy tamarind dip for added flavor.
