Ingredients
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Soak green moong beans overnight and drain the water before use.
- 2. Blend the soaked moong beans into a coarse paste using minimal water.
- 3. Chop spinach leaves finely and mix them into the moong bean paste.
- 4. Add gram flour, chopped onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture.
- 5. Combine everything thoroughly until it forms a thick batter for fritters.
- 6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat for frying.
- 7. Scoop small portions of batter and gently drop them into the hot oil.
- 8. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- 9. Remove the fritters using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 10. Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a little water to make a tangy mint chutney.
- 11. Serve the crispy fritters hot with the freshly prepared mint chutney.
