  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 240G Dhananjay Roasted Chat Masala Chanaz (240g)
  • - Rock Salt
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • - Coconut Mint Chutney Mix

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into thick finger-sized strips and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, Catch Chatpata Chaat Masala, and rock salt.
  3. 3. Add ginger powder, garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves to the flour mix for a flavorful batter.
  4. 4. Gradually add water to the dry mixture while whisking, creating a smooth, lump-free batter.
