  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • - Rice Flour
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Rock Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, and rock salt.
  3. 3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, and water to the flour mixture to create a smooth batter.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot for frying.
  5. 5. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. 6. Carefully place the coated tofu cubes into the hot oil, frying them in batches.
