  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Rice Flour
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Garlic Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the soya nuggets in water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, ginger powder, garlic powder, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture while stirring to form a thick, smooth batter.
  4. 4. Dip the boiled soya nuggets into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. 5. Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
  6. 6. Carefully drop the coated soya nuggets into the hot oil and fry them in batches until golden brown and crispy.
