Ingredients

  • 220 g Nutrela Soya Mini Chunks
  • - Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Anveshan Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften.
  2. 2. Squeeze out excess water from the soaked soy nuggets and set them aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and water to the dry mixture to form a smooth batter.
  5. 5. Dip each soy nugget into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Place the coated soy nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
