Ingredients
- 220 g Nutrela Soya Mini Chunks
- - Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Anveshan Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften.
- 2. Squeeze out excess water from the soaked soy nuggets and set them aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and water to the dry mixture to form a smooth batter.
- 5. Dip each soy nugget into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
- 7. Place the coated soy nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 8. Lightly spray the soy nuggets with oil to ensure even crisping.
- 9. Air-fry the nuggets at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for uniform cooking.
- 10. Once golden and crispy, remove the soy nuggets and let them cool slightly before serving.
