  • - Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, carom seeds, and salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, whisking to form a smooth and thick batter.
  4. 4. Heat mustard oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
