  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100 G Fish Curry Fry Masala
  • - Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets, ensuring no excess moisture remains.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
  4. 4. Dip the fish fillets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  6. 6. Place the coated fish fillets into the air fryer basket and spray them lightly with oil.
  7. 7. Air fry the fish fillets at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway for uniform crispness.
  8. 8. While the fish cooks, slice cucumber and tomato into thin strips, and chop coriander leaves finely.
  9. 9. Warm the rotis on a flat pan or griddle for about 30 seconds per side.
