- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 100 G Fish Curry Fry Masala
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets, ensuring no excess moisture remains.
- 2. In a bowl, combine rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- 4. Dip the fish fillets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- 6. Place the coated fish fillets into the air fryer basket and spray them lightly with oil.
- 7. Air fry the fish fillets at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway for uniform crispness.
- 8. While the fish cooks, slice cucumber and tomato into thin strips, and chop coriander leaves finely.
- 9. Warm the rotis on a flat pan or griddle for about 30 seconds per side.
- 10. Spread lemon juice evenly over the rotis for added tanginess.
- 11. Place the crispy fish fillets on the warmed rotis, layering with cucumber, tomato, and coriander.
- 12. Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps and slice them in half diagonally for easy serving.
