Ingredients

  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 5 ltr Guinea Filtered Groundnut Oil For Frying & Sauteing
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and soak the split yellow lentils in water for 2 hours, then drain thoroughly.
  2. 2. Blend the lentils into a coarse paste using a food processor, adding a splash of water if needed.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lentil paste, rice flour, Frozen Mixed Vegetables, chopped coriander, finely chopped green chilies, ginger powder, spice mix, and salt.
  4. 4. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a thick batter forms, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Scoop small portions of the batter using a spoon and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
