  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Rice Flour
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the moong dal in water for 4 hours, then drain and grind to a coarse paste.
  2. 2. Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves, and add them to the bowl.
  4. 4. Mix in the moong dal paste, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  5. 5. Combine all ingredients thoroughly to form a dough-like mixture that holds together well.
  6. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  7. 7. Shape the mixture into small, flat fritters using your hands or a spoon.
