- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Lemon
- - Lemon Pepper Seasoning-100Gm
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Rinse the rice under running water to remove excess starch and set it aside to drain.
- 2. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the rice to the pan and stir for 1 minute, coating it with the garlic oil for added flavor.
- 4. Pour 400 ml of water into the pan, add fresh turmeric (grated) and salt, and bring it to a gentle boil.
