- 500 g Tomato Green
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 2. Slice 3 green tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- 3. In a shallow bowl, mix 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and a pinch of garam masala.
- 4. Coat each tomato slice evenly in the almond flour mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
- 5. Place the coated tomato slices in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- 6. Remove the fried tomatoes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
