Ingredients

  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing ginger-garlic paste, Suhana Dal Makhani spice mix, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. In a shallow bowl, spread the rice flour evenly for coating the marinated fish.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. 6. Coat each marinated fish fillet with rice flour and gently place it in the skillet.
  7. 7. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
  8. 8. For the mint chutney, blend fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
