- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing ginger-garlic paste, Suhana Dal Makhani spice mix, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. In a shallow bowl, spread the rice flour evenly for coating the marinated fish.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- 6. Coat each marinated fish fillet with rice flour and gently place it in the skillet.
- 7. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- 8. For the mint chutney, blend fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 9. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and adjust seasoning if necessary.
