  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • - Besan
  • - Rice Flour
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and water gradually to make a thick batter, ensuring no lumps remain.
  4. 4. Coat each fish piece thoroughly in the batter, letting it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Fry the coated fish pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  7. 7. Remove pakoras onto paper towels to drain excess oil and set aside.
  8. 8. For the mint dip, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, yogurt, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
