- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- - Besan
- - Rice Flour
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.
- 3. Add lemon juice and water gradually to make a thick batter, ensuring no lumps remain.
- 4. Coat each fish piece thoroughly in the batter, letting it rest for 5 minutes.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 6. Fry the coated fish pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- 7. Remove pakoras onto paper towels to drain excess oil and set aside.
- 8. For the mint dip, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, yogurt, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 9. Serve the hot fish pakoras with the refreshing mint dip for an indulgent snack experience.
