Ingredients
- 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
- Pcs Egg Loose
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves finely and set aside.
- 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the Suvarna Dal Makhani Spice Mix and salt until well combined.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent and fragrant.
- 4. Add tomatoes and green chilies to the pan and cook until softened and slightly mushy.
- 5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and gently stir to create a scrambled egg texture.
- 6. Cook the eggs until set, then mix in the chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.
- 7. Toast the Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread slices in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil until crispy.
- 8. Place the scrambled egg mixture evenly onto each toasted bread slice.
- 9. Roll each bread slice tightly around the egg mixture to form rolls.
- 10. Slice the rolls diagonally if desired, and serve warm with a chutney or ketchup.
