Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, peel them, and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies; cook for 1 minute.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until tomatoes soften.
- 5. Add garam masala and salt, mixing well to form a thick masala paste.
- 6. Slice boiled eggs into halves and gently coat them with the prepared masala.
- 7. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares large enough to wrap the eggs.
- 8. Place an egg half in each pastry square, fold and seal the edges tightly.
- 9. Bake the sealed pastries in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 10. Garnish the baked puffs with chopped fresh coriander and serve warm.
