- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut each into halves for easy handling.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, and all the spices including chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture and whisk to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 5. Dip each egg half into the batter, ensuring it's evenly coated with the spiced mixture.
- 6. Carefully place the coated egg halves into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the fried egg poppers with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.
