  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • - Turmeric Plus 300gm
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 pack (50 g) Pik Baking Powder | Double Acting
  • - Rock Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour with salt, Suvarna Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, whisking to form a smooth batter without lumps.
  3. 3. Add frozen mixed vegetables and finely chopped fresh turmeric to the batter, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
