- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Basic Besan
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into small pieces and marinate them with garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, salt, and all the spices.
- 2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors of the spices and aromatics.
- 3. Heat a pan and lightly cook the marinated chicken until it is tender but not fully cooked through.
- 4. Remove the chicken from heat and allow it to cool before shredding or finely dicing it.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, besan, and fresh coriander leaves to form a smooth, slightly thick batter.
- 6. Add the shredded chicken to the batter and mix thoroughly to coat every piece with the spiced batter.
- 7. Shape the mixture into small croquettes or cylindrical rolls using your hands or a mold.
- 8. Heat oil in a deep pan to medium temperature, ensuring it is ready for frying without smoking.
