  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (500 g) Basic Besan
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into small pieces and marinate them with garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, salt, and all the spices.
  2. 2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors of the spices and aromatics.
  3. 3. Heat a pan and lightly cook the marinated chicken until it is tender but not fully cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from heat and allow it to cool before shredding or finely dicing it.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, besan, and fresh coriander leaves to form a smooth, slightly thick batter.
  6. 6. Add the shredded chicken to the batter and mix thoroughly to coat every piece with the spiced batter.
