- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 200 g Mother Dairy Nutrifit Probiotic Cup Curd
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 piece Coconut
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Icing Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush it with cooking oil.
- 5. Coat the marinated chicken pieces lightly with rice flour for added crispiness.
