  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 piece Coconut
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Icing Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
