Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 100 g Mother Dairy Blueberry Flavoured Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for easy cooking and even marination.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering, but not smoking.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  6. 6. While the chicken cooks, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, sugar, salt, and water to make the mint chutney.
  7. 7. Adjust the consistency of the chutney by adding more water if needed, ensuring it is smooth and pourable.
  8. 8. Remove the chicken tikka bites from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes to retain their juices.
  9. 9. Serve the crispy chicken tikka bites warm on a plate alongside the refreshing mint chutney.
