Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack (450 g) Amul Curd Pouch
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C while the chicken marinates.
