Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 500 g Onion
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pc Beco Wooden Bamboo Toothbrush
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, coriander leaves, and green chilies, and set them aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and rock salt.
- 3. Add the chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and rice flour to the bowl and mix thoroughly to form a uniform mixture.
- 4. Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture and knead well for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavor and texture.
- 5. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.
- 6. Divide the chicken mixture evenly and shape it around the soaked skewers, forming elongated kebabs.
- 7. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan or tawa over medium heat until hot.
- 8. Place the skewered kebabs onto the hot pan and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 9. Continue grilling until the kebabs are golden brown and slightly crispy on all sides.
- 10. Remove the cooked kebabs from the pan and let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- 11. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped coriander leaves and serve with mint chutney or a squeeze of lemon.
