  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 220 g Urban Platter Shirataki Short-Grain Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and gradually mix in water to form a smooth, thick batter.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  5. 5. Dip each chicken piece into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. 6. Carefully drop the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  7. 7. Fry the chicken pakoras for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  9. 9. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup for dipping.
