- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Fresh Tofu
- 500 g Moong Dal
- NaN Kodo Millet
- - AMUL PANEER 200GM
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 1 Kg R.C. Fish
- 500 g Desi Tomato
- 20 g Oregano - Herbs Mix
- 500 G Brown Rice
- - Oats
- 250 g Mutton
- - MASOOR DAL
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 220 g Urban Platter Shirataki Short-Grain Rice
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and gradually mix in water to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 5. Dip each chicken piece into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
- 6. Carefully drop the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- 7. Fry the chicken pakoras for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
- 8. Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 9. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup for dipping.
