Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat 10 ml of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft and translucent.
- 3. Add chicken mince to the pan and cook until fully browned, stirring to break it up.
- 4. Mix in cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and green chilies, then cook for 3 minutes.
- 5. Stir in fresh coriander leaves and let the chicken mixture cool completely.
- 6. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
- 7. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small ball.
- 8. Flatten a dough ball and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- 9. Seal the edges and gently roll out to form a stuffed paratha without tearing the dough.
- 10. Heat a skillet and cook the paratha with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
- 11. Repeat with remaining dough and chicken filling to make all the parathas.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of chutney or yogurt for dipping.
