Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they turn white and start to release juices.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and curry leaves. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  6. 6. In a bowl, mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
  8. 8. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan, spreading it thinly to form a crepe.
  9. 9. Cook the crepe for 2 minutes on each side until it is golden and crispy.
  10. 10. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of the crepe and roll it tightly.
