- 6 pcs Eggee Provita+ White Protein Rich Eggs
- 100G Chicken Masala (100g)
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 1 pack (50 g) Popular Essentials Black Cardamom/Elaichi
- - Coriander Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, and thawed vegetables.
- 2. Add the chickpea flour, ground black cardamom, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander to the bowl.
- 3. Crack the two eggs into the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 5. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, round fritters about the size of a golf ball and flatten slightly.
- 6. Gently place the fritters into the hot oil, frying 3-4 at a time to avoid overcrowding.
- 7. Cook each fritter for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8. Use a slotted spoon to carefully remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
