  • 6 pcs Eggee Provita+ White Protein Rich Eggs
  • 100G Chicken Masala (100g)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 pack (50 g) Popular Essentials Black Cardamom/Elaichi
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, and thawed vegetables.
  2. 2. Add the chickpea flour, ground black cardamom, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander to the bowl.
  3. 3. Crack the two eggs into the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  5. 5. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, round fritters about the size of a golf ball and flatten slightly.
