- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- - Coriander Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- Pcs Egg Loose
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Rock Salt
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and fresh coriander.
- 2. Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces using a fork.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked basmati rice, chopped vegetables, and spices.
- 4. Add the rice flour, egg, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, and knead until a cohesive dough forms.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into small patties about 2 cm thick.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 7. Place the patties gently into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
