  • 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • - Onion-250 Gms

  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash, peel, and finely grate the potatoes and carrots, then squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves, and set them aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, ginger powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Add the grated vegetables, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, minced garlic, and mix well to combine.
  5. 5. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously to make a thick batter that holds together.
  6. 6. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
