- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt with water to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil to prevent sticking.
- 3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin chilla. Cook until golden on both sides.
- 4. Repeat to make chillas and set them aside on a plate.
- 5. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 6. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- 7. Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, and adjust salt as needed for the vegetable filling.
- 8. Mix in freshly chopped coriander leaves for added flavor and aroma.
- 9. Place a generous portion of the spiced vegetable filling onto each chilla.
- 10. Roll the chillas tightly around the filling to form neat rolls.
