Ingredients

  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt with water to form a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. 3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin chilla. Cook until golden on both sides.
  4. 4. Repeat to make chillas and set them aside on a plate.
  5. 5. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
