  • 500G Loose Besan
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped green chili to form a smooth batter.
