- 500G Loose Besan
- 1pc Watermelon
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil

- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped green chili to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Fold in chopped coriander leaves and mix well to evenly distribute the herbs.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a little oil, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- 4. Pour small portions of batter onto the pan, forming bite-sized chillas, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- 5. Remove the chillas and let them cool slightly on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 6. Prepare the dip by blending mint leaves, coconut yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
