- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt

- 1. Rinse the amaranth seeds thoroughly and cook them in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Finely chop the spinach leaves, green chilies, and coriander leaves, then combine them in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add cooked amaranth seeds, rice flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the mixing bowl.
- 4. Mix everything thoroughly to form a dough-like consistency. Adjust rice flour if needed for binding.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat until hot enough for frying.
- 6. Shape small portions of the mixture into flat fritters using your hands or a spoon.
- 7. Carefully drop the fritters into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 8. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
