Ingredients

  • 500G Rajma
  • 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 500 g Suji
  • - Rock Salt
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the cooked rajma and boiled potatoes together in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Add chickpea flour, chopped onions, minced garlic, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and rock salt to the mixture.
  3. 3. Mix well to form a firm dough, adjusting consistency by adding more chickpea flour if needed.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into small patties and coat each with a thin layer of semolina for crispiness.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and lightly brush the patties with oil for even frying.
  6. 6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart, and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. 7. While the patties are frying, blend mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, garlic, lemon juice, and rock salt into a smooth chutney using a small amount of water.
  8. 8. Remove the crispy patties from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
