- 500G Rajma Kabra Regular
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Anveshan Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
- 1. Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook until soft, then mash completely.
- 2. Peel and mash the boiled potato, mixing it with the mashed rajma in a bowl.
- 3. Add chickpea flour, ginger paste, chopped green chili, and coriander leaves to the mixture.
- 4. Season with cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt; mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small, flattened tikkis.
- 6. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes to prepare for cooking.
- 7. Lightly spray the tikkis with cooking oil on both sides for an even crisp texture.
- 8. Arrange the tikkis in the air fryer basket without overlapping them.
- 9. Air fry the tikkis at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for uniform cooking.
- 10. Check for a golden-brown crisp texture before removing from the air fryer.
