Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Extra Long Grain Biryani Basmati Rice
- 200 g Cremeitalia Sour Cream
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large sauté pan with a lid over high heat.
- 2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and allow it to heat up.
- 3. Add 1 finely chopped sambar onion, 1 diced green capsicum, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 10 sliced button mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
- 5. Stir in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 2 cups of sour cream. Mix well to combine.
- 6. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until thoroughly heated and the flavors meld together.
- 7. Serve the vegetable mixture over cooked basmati rice for a complete meal.
